为解决混烧不同种类不同煤种时,锅炉的操作参数不能很好地把握的问题,以一台660 MW"W"型燃烧炉作为研究对象,根据当前燃烧的义马烟煤(黑煤)为研究对象,采用100%热耗量的检测方法,进行了试验研究.运用数值模拟方法,对两种煤在不同的配比下,煤的有效利用热、烟气速度和温度以及NOx、SOx、CO产量的变化进行了分析.
In order to solve the problem that the operating parameters of the boiler cannot be well grasped when different types of coal are co-burned,takes a 660 MW"W"flame boiler as the research object,and uses the detection method of 100%heat consumption according to the current burning Yima bituminous coal(black coal)as the research object.The numerical simulation method was used to analyze the effective utilization heat,flue gas velocity and temperature,and NOx,SOx,CO yield of the two coals under different ratios.
