摘要

阐述了锅炉四管防磨防爆检查过程中水冷壁常见的缺陷类型,并对各缺陷类型特征进行了总结,介绍了用于火力发电站的锅炉水冷壁检测机器人的作用和意义.阐述了吸附式爬壁机器人的原理,本体结构设计、负载测试试验以及优势和局限性,由此得出水冷壁检测机器人能够降低劳动强度和风险,提高电站的经济效益,且对于水冷壁爆漏紧急停炉情况下,能够及时地进入炉膛里面开展内部检查.

Abstract

The common defect types of water wall in the process of boiler four-pipe wear and explosion-proof inspection is expounded,and summarizes the characteristics of each defect type,and introduces the function and significance of boiler water wall detection robot used for thermal power station.The adsorption of the wall climbing robot principle,proper structure design,load test test and advantages and limitations of a series of elaboration.It is concluded that the water wall detection robot can reduce the labor intensity and risk,improve the economic benefits of the power station,and can timely enter the furnace when the water wall leaks to carry out internal inspection.
