摘要

引风机作为火力发电机组锅炉风烟系统的重要辅机,汽轮机驱动引风机的方式在技术上是可行的.对比三种引风机驱动方式经济性,电动引风机改汽动引风机后可降低厂用电率,提高机组上网电量.从引风机汽轮机供气量来看,机组锅炉蒸汽量越大,引风机汽轮机供气量所占总蒸发量比例越小,则汽动引风机收益也就越高.

Abstract

The induced draft fan is an important auxiliary machine of the smoke system of the boiler of the thermal generator set.The way of the induced draft fan driven by the steam turbine is technically feasible.Comparing the economy of the three induced draft fan driving modes,the electric induced draft fan can reduce the power consumption rate of the plant and improve the on-grid power of the unit after replacing the steam induced draft fan.From the perspective of gas supply of induced draft fan turbine,the larger the steam capacity of the unit boiler,the smaller the proportion of gas supply of induceddraft fan turbine in the total steam capacity,so the higher the income of steam induced draft fan.
