基于多元非线性回归分析的光伏发电系统经济模型预测研究

精准预测光伏系统发电量、经济性是研究分布式光伏系统对电网稳定运行评估的关键手段.提出一种光伏系统经济性的预测模型建立方法,通过正交实验法及多元非线性回归分析法,获取光伏发电系统影响因素与其系统经济性的变化关系,采用残差分析法及比值拟合分析法验证模型的准确性,最后利用灰色关联度分析法确定各因素与经济性能的关联度大小.结果表明,光伏组件倾角、污秽系数、前后排间距及储能容量分别与系统经济性能关系呈1次方、2次方、对数及1次方函数,利用灰色关联度分析法,得到四因素与系统经济性指标的关联度大小分别为 0.3142、0.6288、0.3248 和 0.2956.
Forecasting Model for PV System Economy based on Multiple Nonlinear Regression Analysis
Accurate prediction of power generation and economy of photovoltaic system is the key means to evaluate the stable operation of distributed photovoltaic system on power grid.A forecasting model for PV system economy is built.This model,which includes an orthogonal experiment method and a multiple nonlinear regression analysis method,is used to obtain the change relationship between the influencing factors of PV power generation and economy.The accuracy of the model is checked by the residual analysis method and ratio fitting analysis method.The results show that the relationship between PV module inclination,and among these factors that include pollution coefficient,front and back spacing,energy storage capacity and the economic performance of the system is linear,exponential,logarithmic and linear respectively.
