摘要

为研究富氧条件下的半焦燃烧性能,通过自制恒温立式管式炉,采用CO2跟踪法进行半焦恒温燃烧性能,结果表明:富氧条件明显改变了半焦燃烧路径,与常规空气气氛相比,延长了燃烧时间约100 s左右,CO2生成量也发生明显改变;恒温燃烧过程中,CO2生成总量随氧气浓度增加表现为减少趋势.此结论为富氧条件下高炉喷吹半焦炼铁和"双碳"过程中的减排提供新思路.

Abstract

In order to study the combustion performance of semi-coke under the condition of oxygen enrichment,a self-made constant temperature vertical tube furnace was used to conduct the constant temperature combustion performance of semi-coke by CO2 tracking method.The results show that the combustion path of semi-coke is obviously changed under the condition of oxygen enrichment.Compared with the conventional air atmosphere,the combustion time is extended by about 100s,and the CO2 production also changes obviously.In the process of constant temperature combustion,the total amount of CO2 produced decreases with the increase of oxygen concentration.This conclusion provides a new idea for emission reduction in the process of blast furnace injection semi-coke iron making and"double carbon"under the condition of oxygen enrichment.
