240 t/h CFB运行负荷NOx生成规律的数值模拟

为了控制循环流化床锅炉燃烧过程中NOx的生成,针对240 t/h循环流化床锅炉,建立了包含NOx和SO2的数值模型,使用CFD研究了流化床内的颗粒运动、组分分布以及化学反应速率对NOx生成的影响,获得了不同负荷条件下炉膛出口处的NOx浓度.结果表明:额定负荷条件下,NOx的浓度最高,分别是70%负荷的1.22倍,是50%负荷的1.87倍,考虑到燃烧效率,建议锅炉运行应在70%~80%额定负荷.
To control the formation of NOx in the combustion process of the circulating fluidized bed boiler,a numerical model including NOx and SO2 is established for the 240t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler,and the particle movement in the fluidized bed is studied by means of numerical simulation,composition distribution and the effect of chemical reaction rate on NOx generation,the NOx concentration at the furnace outlet under different load conditions was obtained.The re-sults show that under the rated load condition,the NOx concentration is the highest,which is 1.22 times of the 70%load and 1.87 times of the 50%load respectively.Considering the combustion efficiency,it is recommended that the boiler should operate at 70%-80%of the rated load.
