摘要

对燃用高硫煤的超临界CFB电厂的技术经济指标进行了分析,包括机组发电量、发电标煤消耗量、厂用电率等.特别针对高硫煤燃烧,分析了炉内脱硫和炉外脱硫的环保指标,包括石灰石消耗量、钙硫摩尔比和脱硫效率.还报告了炉内SNCR脱硝工艺的尿素消耗和NOx排放特征以及锅炉的粉尘排放特征.该机组具有先进的技术经济指标和良好的环境排放特性,为相关行业燃用高硫煤的超临界CFB电厂设计和运行提供了实用参考,展示了中国当前发电的先进技术水平.

Abstract

The technical and economic indicators of supercritical CFB power plants burning high-sulfur coal is analyzed,including the unit's generating capacity,the consumption of standard coal to generate electricity,and the auxiliary power ratio.Especially for high-sulfur coal combustion,the environmental protection indices of in-boiler desulfurization and out-boiler desulfurization are analyzed,including limestone consumption,calcium and sulfur molar ratio and desulfurization efficiency.The urea consumption and NOx emission characteristics of the SNCR denitrification process as well as the dust emission characteristics of the boiler are also reported.The unit was found to have advanced technical and economic indicators and good environmental emission characteristics,which provides a practical reference for the design and operation of supercritical CFB power plants for burning high-sulfur coal in related industries,and shows the current advanced power generation technology level in China.
