调峰工况下轴封进水导致异常振动原因分析

随着新能源入网容量的增加,火电机组调峰的深度和频次也在增加,由此导致的非常规振动故障也逐渐增多.针对某厂2号机组正常调峰运行过程中低压转子振动异常增大故障,开展了原因分析、诊断工作,通过对该机组运行参数和振动数据分析,指出低压轴封进水是导致低压转子振动异常增大和转子弯曲的主要原因.通过现场动平衡降低低压转子弯曲导致的振动,运行中加强对轴封温度等参数的监控,最终机组振动问题得.以解决.
With the increase of new energy capacity,the depth and frequency of peaking of thermal power units are also increasing,which leads to an increase in non-conventional vibration fault.In view of the abnormal increase of low-pres-sure rotor vibration during the normal peak-shaving operation of No.2 unit in a factory,the cause analysis and diagnosis are carried out,it is pointed out that the water intake of low pressure shaft seal is the main cause of abnormal increase of vibration and bending of low pressure rotor.The vibration problem caused by bending of low-pressure rotor is reduced by dynamic balance on site.The vibration problem of the unit can be solved by strengthening the monitoring of shaft seal temperature and other parameters in operation.
