近年来,国内纯烧生物质流化床型锅炉发展很快,容量、参数逐步提高.由于锅炉升级快,成型经验少,经常暴露出诸多该锅炉特有的试运问题,制约锅炉如期投产发电.以某生物质发电项目(1 × 30 MW)的5X130-SM1型高温高压纯烧生物质的流化床锅炉为例,对锅炉投产前燃烧系统出现的问题(如:返料器堵塞、床料流化不良、燃烧器超温损坏等)原因进行分析,介绍解决方法.
In recent years,the domestic pure burning biomass fluidized bed boiler developed rapidly.But many specific trial operation problems are exposed,impacts on boiler operation on schedule.Take a Biomass Power Generation Project(1 ×30MW)of 5X130-SM1-type high-temperature high-pressure biomass CFB boiler as an example,the main problems of the boiler combustion system before production,such as:back feeder blocking,bed material fluidization,burner over-temperature damage,etc.,for analysis,introduced the solution.
