摘要

EPC总承包项目模式作为快捷可靠的电力工程项目建设模式,成为当下电力建设的主流方式.由于电力工程EPC总承包项目模式实施过程中会存在些许不确定性,所以或多或少都会出现项目风险问题.对电力工程EPC总承包模式可能出现的风险进行简要分析,并提出相应的风险管理优化建议,以供电力工程项目风险管控参考.

Abstract

With the acceleration of the process of social construction and development,the demand for electric power energy in China is gradually rising,and the construction projects of electric power engineering can be gradually increased.EPC contract project mode,as a more efficient and reliable power engineering project construction mode,has also become the mainstream of current power construction.Because there will be some uncertainty in the implementation process of the EPC project mode of power engineering,there will be more or less project risk problems.The possible risks of EPC contracting mode of power engineering is analyzed,and puts forward the corresponding risk management optimization suggestions for the reference of risk management and control of power engineering projects.
