The influencing factors of the air leakage rate of the rotary air preheater,the main control methods of the air leakage,the main sealing types of the air preheater in the market at present and their structural characteristics,the structure and characteristics of the non-contact self compensating seal of the air preheater,and the relationship between the non-contact self compensating seal and the air leakage of the air preheater is introduced.The performance characteristics of non-contact self compensation type are analyzed.The implementation basis of non-contact self compensation radial air leakage control method at hot end is emphatically introduced.A non-contact sealing structure with thermal self compensa-tion function is proposed,which integrates the thermal deformation of the rotor.
