电站汽轮机有冲动式和反动式两种形式,其中绝大部分中小型汽轮机因带有复杂抽汽功能采用冲动式,而反动式汽轮机以其高效、高可靠性等优势占据了几乎所有大容量电力市场.冲反结合是近年提出的新概念,既要满足机组抽汽需求,还要保证高效率,这会带来机组轴向推力过大和变工况峰谷推力偏差大等问题,给设计汽轮机推力平衡系统带来困难.通过对汽封系统平衡鼓结构、冲反结合冲动段通流等进行优化设计,提出一种全新的推力平衡系统优化模式,为今后电站汽轮机设计提供指导性帮助.
There are two types of steam turbines in power plants,i.e.impulse type and reaction type.The majority of small and medium-sized steam turbines use impulse type because of their complex steam extraction function,while reaction type steam turbines occupy almost all the large capacity power markets with their advantages of high efficiency,high reliability,etc.The combination of thrust and thrust is a new concept proposed in recent years,which aims to meet the steam extraction needs of the unit while ensuring high efficiency.This can lead to problems such as excessive axial thrust of the unit and large peak valley thrust deviation under variable operating conditions,making it difficult to design the turbine thrust balance system.A new optimization mode for the thrust balance system is proposed by optimizing the structure of the balance drum in the steam seal system,as well as the flow passage in the impulse section of the impulse and reverse combination.This provides guidance and assistance for the future design of power plant steam turbines.
