The gradual climbing phenomenon of No.8 bush vibration in the operation of a 1000 MW unit after uprating is introduced.The bush vibration is as high as 13.8 mm/s,close to the tripping value.Through a series of vibration tests and analysis,various factors were excluded.Finally,it was concluded that the looseness of the foundation bolt between the bearing plate and the concrete foundation was the main reason,and the large shaft vibration of exciter rotor was secondary reason.At the same time,the force of bearing was analyzed.In the case of non-stopping the unit,after the measure of tightening the foundation bolt again,the vibration of the 8 bush decreased to 3.5 mm/s,which verified the correctness of the vibration judgment.
