A self-made steady-state planar reactor was used to prepare a composite solution using MDEA as the base liquid and PZ as the activator. The effects of activator concentration, reaction temperature, system pressure, and alkali catalyst content on the capture of CO2 by the reagent were studied.By comparing and analyzing the absorption capacity,absorp-tion rate, and carbon capacity under various reaction conditions, the results showed that the absorption performance of the solution increased with the increase of activator concentration and system pressure, and showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of reaction temperature and alkali catalyst content. The optimal reaction conditions are the reagent ratio of 1.7mol/L MDEA+0.5mol/L PZ,temperature of 313K,system pressure of 0.5MPa,and alkali catalyst of 4mmolCa(OH)2.
