新型低氮燃气燃烧器燃烧性能数值模拟研究

为了满足某燃气锅炉低氮排放的要求,设计了一种基于分级燃烧技术的新型10 MW低氮燃烧器.通过对燃烧器进行建模及其燃烧过程数值模拟,分析了该燃烧器在100%、80%、60%和40%负荷下四个运行工况的燃烧器出口附近温度场、速度场和氮氧化物(NOx)组分浓度场.研究结果表明该燃烧器的在各个工况下,均有良好的燃烧特性,能够实现稳定燃烧且NOx排放量较低.
In order to meet the requirements of low nitrogen emission by a gas boiler,a new 10MW low nitrogen burner based on staged combustion technology was designed.Through the modeling of the burner and the numerical simulation of the combustion process,the temperature field,velocity field and nitrogen oxide(NOx)component concentration field near the burner outlet under the four operating conditions of 100%,80%,60%and 40%rated load of the burner were analyzed.The results show that the burner has good combustion characteristics under various working conditions,and can achieve stable combustion and low NOx emissions.
