Analysis andTreatment of Coking Problem in 660MW Opposed Combustion Boiler
The coking problem occurs continuously in the operation of a 660MW supercritical opposed combustion boiler,which affects the load capacity of boiler.The situation of burner,fuel characteristics,operation adjustment mode and so on is analyzed,it is believed that some burners are burned and disabled,which leads to the confusion of boiler combus-tion organization,at the same time,under the condition of burning low ash melting point coal,poor operation adjustment is the fundamental cause of boiler coking.According to the actual situation of boiler coking,the corresponding solutions are put forward to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
