330 MW锅炉燃烧系统灵活性优化改造

某电厂330 MW锅炉需要进行燃烧系统灵活性改造,对制粉系统、一次风机、送风机、引风机、燃烧器稳燃能力等制约因素逐个摸底分析,确定了燃烧系统灵活性改造方案.改造方案实施后,锅炉不投油稳燃负荷从165 MW提高到99 MW负荷.99 MW负荷状态下,氮氧化物排放值278 mg/Nm3;飞灰含碳量0.9%;炉渣含碳量1.82%.取得了良好的改造效果.
Flexibility Renovation of Combustion System of a 330MW Pulverized Coal Firing Boiler
A 330MW pulverized coal firing boiler needs to admit flexibility renovation of the combustion system.The com-prehensive analysis was conducted on the limiting factors such as coal pulverization system,primary air fan,forced draft fan,induced draft fan,and stable combustion capacity of the coal burner,and a flexibility renovation proposal for the combustion system was determined.After the implementation of the proposal,the stable combustion load of the boiler without oil firing had been increased from 165MW to99MW.At the load of99MW,the nitrogen oxide emission value was 278mg/Nm3,carbon in fly ash was 0.9%,carbon in bottom ash was 1.82%.Good renovation results have been achieved.
