Effect of Reclaimed Water Sludge reuse on Crystallization and Dehydration of Desulfurization Gypsum
Using desulfurization simulation test reaction testing system, the reclaimed water sludge was replaced with limestone slurry in a certain proportion as a desulfurization absorbent for desulfurization simulation tests.Through data such as crystallization reaction conductivity curve, desulfurization slurry particle size distribution, and gypsum crystal morphology characteristics, the effects of reclaimed water sludge itself and addition of flocculant polyethylene amide on gypsum crystal generation and dehydration in desulfurization system were analyzed.Although the addition of reclaimed water sludge can improve the uniformity of gypsum particle size, its positive effect on gypsum dehydration is far less than the negative effect of other factors, thus having an overall adverse effect on subsequent gypsum slurry dehydration. After the addition of polyethylene amide, the negative impact on the desulfurization reaction is further exacerbated.
