660MW Steam Turbine Speed Governing Star Coaxial Feed Water Pump Start-up Debugging and Problem Analysis
The steam turbine coaxial drive pump is a kind of relatively simplified boiler water supply equipment.The problems in the start-up and commissioning of the first 660MW steam turbine speed governing star coaxial feed water pump are described in detail,and the solutions are put forward the function,working principle,system structure,trial operation process and hidden trouble affecting the safety of the equipment system of speed regulating star is introduced.Focus on the speed control star and coaxial feed pump start-up,load test,full load operation and major test process con-trol points,the mutual control logic among the steam turbine,the coaxial feed water pump and the speed regulating star is explained in detail,by adjusting the start-up parameters,optimizing the control mode,modifying the DEH logic and re-fining the operation,the various problems in the trial operation of the system are solved one by one.Thus,the process of continuous trial operation of coaxial feed pump with load and full load of steam turbine can be completed.
