The EPC general contracting model for hydropower stations can not only ensure the quality of the project to some extent,continuously accelerate the progress of the project,but also effectively reduce construction costs.But it has put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive strength of contractors.Among them,contract risk management,as one of the key concerns of EPC general contracting,is receiving increasing attention.Based on this,the EPC general contracting model is introduced,the important role of contract management in the EPC general contracting model is explored,and the common contract risks in the EPC general contracting model is analyzed while proposing relevant effective solutions,thereby providing reference for promotion of China's hydropower engineering.
