The equivalent tube calculation is performed on the pipeline by the equal stress intensity factor of the pipe el-bow,the equal bending stiffness of the pipe and the equal mass of the pipe.The CAESAR 11 2014 pipeline analysis soft-ware was used for simulation calculations to verify the feasibility of the equivalent tube calculation.Through calculation,the deviation between the equivalent tube and the actual tube stress calculation is less than 3％.The equivalent tube fully meets the engineering application.
