摘要

供热机组进行灵活性改造,对其热力特性进行试验研究.结果表明,在供热工况平均供热负荷为327.86 MW(1180.31GJ/h)时,最小出力平均电负荷为97.88 MW,为机组额定出力的29.66%,锅炉最低蒸发量为447.44 t/h,未投燃油助燃,燃烧稳定;最大出力平均电负荷为310.75 MW,为机组额定出力的94.17%,锅炉最大蒸发量为976.27 t/h.纯凝工况最小出力平均电负荷为96.71 MW,为机组额定出力的29.31%,锅炉最低蒸发量为304.44 t/h,未投燃油助燃,燃烧稳定;最大出力平均电负荷为332.87 MW,为机组额定出力的100.87%,锅炉最低蒸发量为962.70 t/h.主汽、再热汽温度、压力满足汽机运行的需要.

Abstract

The thermal characteristics of the heating unit were tested and modified flexibly.Under the heating condition,the results showed that the average heating load was 327.86MW(1180.31GJ/h),the average electric load of the mini-mum output was 97.88MW,which was 29.66%of the rated output of the unit,and the minimum evaporation capacity of the boiler was 447.44t/h without fuel,combustion stability.The average electric load of the maximum output is 310.75 MW,which is 94.17%of the rated output of the unit,and the maximum evaporation of the boiler is 976.27t/h.In the pure condensing condition,the average electric load of the minimum output under pure coagulation condition is 96.71 MW,which is 29.31%of the rated output of the unit.The minimum evaporation of the boiler is 304.44t/h,and the combustion is stable without fuel injection.The average electric load of the maximum output is 332.87MW,which is 100.87%of the rated output of the unit,and the minimum evaporation capacity of the boiler is 962.70t/h.Main steam and reheat steam temperature and pressure meet the needs of steam engine operation.
