摘要

燃煤电厂协同处理污泥是消纳城市污泥的重要举措之一.粉煤灰作为燃煤电厂的重要副产物,科学评估掺烧污泥对其造成的影响十分必要.以某市燃煤电厂污泥协同项目为例,对比了掺烧污泥前后电厂生产粉煤灰的各项关键指标.结果表明,在高、低掺烧比两种工况下,掺烧污泥前后粉煤灰的理化性质以及产品质量均没有发生明显改变,证明燃煤机组协同处理污泥技术安全经济.

Abstract

Co-processing of sludge in coal-fired power plants is one of the important measures to consume urban sludge.As an important by-product of coal-fired power plants,it is necessary to scientifically evaluate the impact of co-firing sludge on fly ash.Taking the sludge co-processing project of a coal-fired power plant in a city as an example,the key indicators of fly ash production before and after co-firing sludge in the power plant is compared.The results showed that there was no significant change in the physico-chemical properties and product quality of fly ash before and after co-firing sludge under high and low working conditions,which proved that the co-processing sludge in coal-fired power plants was safe and economical.
