针对660 MW超临界机组不带循环泵的启动系统,探讨了锅炉的吹管技术,并对操作过程进行了优化研究.按照吹管操作的技术规范,在降压吹管过程中进行优化操作,包括锅炉水质冲洗、控制过热器出口温度及增加吹管有效时间,在整个吹管过程中,过热器的吹管系数达到1.4以上.经实践证明,优化后的吹管效果良好,为后续同类型机组的吹管操作提供运行数据.
Optimization on Steam-blowing Technology of 660MW Supercritical Boiler
The operation method of boiler steam-blowing in 660MW supercritical start-up system without circulating pump is studied,standardizing the operation of the energy storage reduced pressure process,optimizing the flushing of the boiler,controlling the outlet temperature of the superheater and increasing the effective time of the stem-blowing,in the whole process of steam-blowing,the coefficient of superheater steam-blowing is more than 1.4,and the effect of steam-blowing is good,which provides experience for the following type of unit steam-blowing.
