摘要

某水泥窑余热电厂AQC锅炉入口烟道尺寸大,烟气温度高,烟气含灰量较大,为便于AQC锅炉在运行中能够与水泥生产线隔离检修,在AQC锅炉入口和出口烟道上安装了大尺寸耐高温的双齿条闸板阀.闸板阀设备在试运行过程中出现驱动装置出力不足、传动部件损坏、闸板卡塞等问题,阐述了闸板阀设备相关问题的原因分析和技术改进方案,对闸板阀设备如何适应高温高灰烟气环境进行了剖析,并通过实际工程应用给出解决方案.

Abstract

In order to facilitate the isolation and maintenance of the AQC boiler from the cement production line during operation,large-sized high-temperature resistant double rack gate valves were installed on the inlet and outlet flue of the AQC boiler in a certain cement kiln waste heat power plant due to its large size,high flue gas temperature,and high ash content.During the trial operation of the gate valve equipment,problems such as insufficient output of the driving device,damage to the transmission components,and blockage of the gate valve occurred.It elaborates on the cause analysis and technical improvement plans of the gate valve equipment related problems,analyzes how the gate valve equipment can adapt to high-temperature and high ash flue gas environments,and provides a solution through practical engineering applications.
