200 MW三缸三排汽全背压供热改造机组轴系稳定性研究

华电富拉尔基200 MW三缸三排汽全背压机组改造后首次启动中,存在投入低压排汽喷水后出现轴系振动大的情况.通过对机组轴系稳定性分析汽缸变形的模拟,确定了振动发生的原因为机组原机组低压排汽喷头位置与改造后结构不匹配,低压排汽喷水直接冲刷汽封体导致其温度场突变并引起较大变形,机组动静碰磨进而引发轴系振动.针对问题发生的原因和机组实际情况提出了处理方案和运行建议,解决了机组振动问题,为同类型机组供热改造防范类似问题发生提供借鉴.
During the first start-up process after the heating renovation of the Hulan-Ergi 200MW unit,there was a significant vibration of the shaft system after the LP exhaust steam spray was put into operation.By analyzing the stability of the units shaft system and simulating the deformation of the cylinder,it was determined that the fundamental cause of vibration was the mismatch between the LP exhaust water spray position of the original unit and the modified structure.The LP exhaust steam spray directly washes the steam seal,causing a sudden change in its temperature field and causing significant deformation,resulting in dynamic and static friction of the unit and causing shaft vibration.Aiming at the causes of the event and the actual situation of the unit,solutions and operational suggestions were proposed to solve the vibration problem of the unit,in order to provide reference for preventing similar problems in the heating renovation of similar units.
