摘要

综述了H级高CTI玻璃布层压板,从原材料配方、技术路线、应用情况等方面进行了介绍,结果表明,研制的H级高CTI玻璃布层压板,经用户使用后达到用户要求,可批量生产.

Abstract

The H-grade high CTI glass cloth laminated board is summarized and it is introduced from the aspects of raw material formula,technical route,and application situation.The results show that the developed 359 H-class high CTI glass cloth laminate can meet the users requirements and can be mass-produced.
