In this paper,a bench for loading Cryo-electron microscope samples was presented.The bench reduced the humidity in the operating area to less than 10%while maintained a relatively low temperature and a low airflow disturbance.The frozen samples loaded in the bench had almost no ice crystal contamination,and could be used for high-resolution data acquisition of Cryo-electron microscope.
