可穿戴柔性电子应变传感器进展及其应用研究

柔性应变传感器作为智能传感技术的核心,具有高柔韧性、高灵敏度、高稳定性等优势.柔性应变传感器与人工智能技术融合,可对人体生命活动所产生的信号进行全方位、多角度、多层次的数据采集,实现在医疗监护、人机交互和电子皮肤等领域的应用.综述了柔性应变传感器的类型,阐述了柔性应变传感器的传感机制以及不同微结构的传感器在检测范围、灵敏度和稳定性方面的优势,梳理了近十年来可穿戴柔性应变传感器的发展趋势和研究进展,就柔性应变传感器在人体运动检测、医疗监护、虚拟现实和电子皮肤领域的应用进行综述,总结了柔性应变传感器亟需解决的关键性问题以及未来发展的动向.
Progress and application of wearable flexible electronic strain sensors
As the core of intelligent sensing technology,flexible strain sensors have advantages such as high flexibility,sensitivity and stability.The fusion of flexible strain sensors and artificial intelligence technology enables comprehensive,multi-angle,and multi-level data collection of signals generated by human life activities,achieving applications in fields such as medical monitoring,human-machine interaction,and electronic skin.This article reviews the types and sensing mechanism of flexible strain sensors,and expounds the advantages of the sensors with different microstructures in detection range,sensitivity,and stability.It surveys the development trend and research progress of intelligent wearable flexible strain sensors in the past decade and finally discusses the application of flexible strain sensors in human motion detection,and medical monitoring,virtual reality and electronic skin.It summarizes the key issues that need to be addressed urgently for flexible strain sensors,and it envisions the future development trends.
