摘要

忆阻器是一种能够实现非易失性存储的新型半导体器件,具有高密度、低功耗、高速度和高可靠性等优点,可用于高密度信息存储、智能计算和类脑人工智能等重大战略领域.近年来,忆阻器的学术研究和产业发展取得了瞩目的成绩,但其标准化工作尚处于起步阶段,缺少统一的标准来定义与评估核心参数指标,给设计、制造、测试和应用带来了困难和不确定性.为了推进忆阻器领域标准化工作的发展,从忆阻器的基本概念与阻变机制出发,梳理了忆阻器材料体系与应用领域的研究进展,重点分析了忆阻器性能测试与评估的现状和挑战,最后对忆阻器领域的标准化现状和趋势进行了总结和展望.

Abstract

The memristor is a novel semiconductor device which is capable of achieving non-volatile memory with high density,low power consumption,high speed and high reliability.It has potential applications in strategic fields such as high-density information storage,intelligent computing and brain-inspired artificial intelligence.In recent years,remarkable progress has appeared in the research as well as related industrial development of the memristors,but the standardization of the memristors is still in its infancy.The insufficiency of the unified standards for defining and evaluating core indicators poses the challenges and uncertainties to the design,manufacturing,testing and application of the memristors.In order to advance the standardization in the field of the memristors,starting from the basic conception and resistance switching mechanism of the memristors,the research progress of the material system and application fields of the memristor is reviewed,the status quo and challenges of the memristor performance evaluation are analyzed,and the summary and prospects for the situation and trend of standardization in the memristor field are delivered.
