The Xiaohalajun Au-Cu deposit is located on the north slope of the Nalati Mountain in the western part of the Tianshan Mountains at the junction of Yishijilike Rift Valley and Yining Block.On the junction is superimposed the Carboniferous island arc.The deposit occurs in a special location with com-plex alteration types.This paper is based on the latest work results to describe the metallogenic geological conditions,geophysical and geochemical anomaly characteristics,mineralization-alteration characteristics and discusses the metallogenic age and genesis of the deposit.A integrated geological-geochemical-geo-physical information-based prospecting model is built to provide reference for prospecting similar deposits in surroundings of the Au-Cu deposits.
