机载电子装备测试性验证平台设计与实现

摘要
针对现代机载电子装备在执行任务过程中故障检测和隔离难度大、维修保障困难等问题,利用故障注入的方法设计了机载电子装备测试性验证平台.首先,阐述了验证平台的总体架构、交联关系和工作原理;然后,基于PXI技术设计了测试性验证平台的自动测试分系统与故障注入分系统,并兼顾了适配接口模块;同时,验证平台集成VITE软件作为平台的故障注入软件开发环境;最后,对某机载配电系统测试信号及故障模式进行分析,开发了故障注入控制程序,为提高机载装备测试性水平提供了技术参考.
Abstract
In view of the difficulties in fault detection and isolation and the difficulties in maintenance and guarantee of mordern airborne electronic equipment in the course of mission execution,a testability validation platform for airborne electronic equipment is designed by utilizing the method of fault injection.Firstly,the overall architecture,cross-link-ing relationship and working principle of the verification platform are elaborated.Then,based on PXI technology,the automatic test subsystem and fault injection subsystem of the testability verification platform are designed,and the adaptive interface module is also taken into account.Meanwhile,the verification platform integrates VITE software as the platform's fault injection software development environment.Finally,the test signals and fault modes of an airborne power distribution system are analyzed,and the fault injection control program is developed,which provides a techni-cal reference for improving the testablility level of airborne equipment.
