摘要

光时域反射仪(OTDR)是光纤测量中最主要的仪器,被广泛地应用于光纤光缆工程的测量、施工、维护和验收工作中,是光纤系统中使用频度最高的现场仪器,被人形象地称为光通信中的"万用表".为了更好地解决传统OTDR价格相对昂贵、无法进行实时监测等弊端,明确提出了一种采用虚拟仪器技术设计的基于PC的OTDR新方案,采用PC-DAQ系统结构,由数据采集卡和数据处理方法两大部分组成,可实现光纤回传数据信号的实时采集、存储和解析,具有一定的工程实用价值.

Abstract

OTDR is the most important instrument in fiber optic measurement,which is widely used in the measure-ment,construction,maintenance and acceptance of fiber optic cable projects.It is the most frequently used field in-strument in optical fiber system,and is vividly known as the"multimenter"in optical communication.In order to get rid of the drawbacks of traditional OTDR,such as relatively expensive price and inability to carry out real-time moni-toring,a new scheme of OTDR based on PC which is designed by virtual instrument technology is explicitly put for-ward.It uses PC-DAQ system structure and consists of data acquisition card and data processing method.It can real-ize real-time collection,storage and analysis of optical fiber backtransmission data signals,and has certain engi-neering practical value.
