基于北斗导航的温室智能电动耕整机技术探究

针对温室设施农业存在尾气污染、安全事故多发和效率低下等问题,从符合我国国情的关键技术中凝炼科学问题,开展产学研联合攻关,研究面向设施园艺的自动驾驶多功能智能电动耕整机技术与装备.其采用北斗卫星定位系统,实时监测联合耕整机械的具体位置,规划作业路径,从而实现对作业路径与实时偏差的跟踪,进而辅助驾驶员更好地作业,为驾驶员提供实时的作业路径偏差信息,解决了目前温室设施农业中旋耕机作业效率低下、尾气污染严重、安全事故易发、耕深精确度较低、故障诊断不及时和智能化控制程度低等关键技术瓶颈核心制造技术问题.
Research on the Technology of Greenhouse Intelligent Electric Tillage Machine Based on Beidou Navigation
Aiming at the problems of exhaust gas pollution,frequent safety accidents and low efficiency in green-house facility agriculture,scientific problems are condensed from key technologies in line with China's national condi-tions,and joint research of industry,education and research is carried out,and the technology and equipment of automatic driving multi-functional intelligent electric cultivator are studied for facility gardening.It adopts Beidou satel-lite positioning system to monitor the specific location of the joint tillage machinery in real time and plan the operation path,so as to realize the tracking of the operation path and the real-time deviation,and then assist the driver to op-erate better and provide the driver with real-time operation path deviation information.The core manufacturing technol-ogy problems of key technical bottlenecks such as low efficiency,serious exhaust pollution,easy safety accidents,low accuracy of tillage,untimely fault diagnosis,and low degree of intelligent control of rotary tiller in greenhouse fa-cilities agriculture are broken through.
