多自由度机器人型理疗假肢设计

新时代境况下,伴随着机械制造行业的迅速发展,人们生活水平不断提高.但是上肢缺失的残疾者在生活中仍有很多不便,特别是肩离断患者,简单的生活自理都很困难.以往的肩离断型假肢往往都以装饰性假肢为主,难以符合人文护理的要求.由于多自由度假肢只能进行串行作业,不能不同关节同时动作,所以操作非常不方便.因此,设计了一款为肩断离患者穿戴的多自由度机器人型理疗假肢,该假肢具有穿戴轻便、位移准确和应用智能等优点,可为肩断离患者提供康复自理的外部条件.
Design of Multi-degree-of-freedom Robotic Physiotherapy Prosthesis
In the new era,with the rapid development of the machinery manufacturing industry,people's living standards continue to improve.Disabled people with upper limb loss still have a lot of inconvenience in life,especially for patients with shoulder dislocation,simple self-care is difficult.In the past,shoulder severed prostheses were mainly decorative prostheses,which was difficult to meet the requirements of humanistic care.Because multi-free va-cation limbs can only be operated serially,and different joints cannot move at the same time,the operation is very in-convenient.Therefore,a multi-degree-of-freedom robotic physiotherapy prosthesis for shoulder fracture patients is designed.The propsthesis has the advantages of easy to wear,accurate displacement and intelligent application,and can provide external conditions for shoulder-dissection patients to rehabilitate and take care of themselves.
