投影仪散热风扇可持续供电控制电路设计

投影仪被广泛地应用在教学等各种场所,其正确关机方法是遥控关机,而实际上经常会出现直接断电这种非正确关机情况,导致投影仪灯泡热量无法顺利散发,严重影响投影仪使用寿命.基于此情况,设计了一种投影仪散热风扇可持续供电控制电路,在投影仪电源电路中增加电源通断电检测电路、灯泡温度检测电路、锂电池和可持续供电控制电路,并分析了电路工作原理.通过分析证明:该控制电路适合各种投影仪电源电路,能在不同状态下确保灯泡顺利散热,提高灯泡使用寿命,应用前景非常广阔.
Design of Sustainable Power Supply Control Circuit for Projector Cooling Fan
Projector is widely used in teaching and other places,its correct shutdown method is remote shutdown,and in fact,there is often an incorrect shutdown situation such as direct power off,which will result in the projector bulb heat can not be smoothly distributed,and seriously affects the service life of the projector.Based on this situa-tion,a sustainable power supply control circuit for the projector cooling fan is designed.The power supply detection circuit,lamp temperature detection circuit,lithium battery and sustainable power supply control circuit are added to the power supply circuit of the projector,and the working principle of the circuit is analyzed.Through analysis,it is proved that the control circuit is suitable for all kinds of projector power supply circuit,which can ensure the smooth heat dissipation of the lamp in different states,improve the service life of the lamp,and it has very broad application prospect.
