Research on the Electrostatic Protection in the Manufacturing Process of Electronic Enterprises
With the development of the electronic enterprise manufacturing industry in recent years,most of the pro-duction enterprises have already had a deep knowledge of electrostatic protection,electrostatic protection has an im-portant influence on the quality and life of electronic products.Firstly,starting from the focus of the control of electro-static production,how to achieve effective electrostatic protection in the manufacturing process with the smallest pos-sible cost investment is pointed out,and some current protection status of electronic enterprises,including some weak links,are shown.Then,the specific improvement ideas is drawn from the electrostatic protection management system and specific electrostatic control.Finally,combined with the improvement of a specific case of a switch suppli-er,how to really achieve electrostatic protection is described completely,which provides some practical methods and enlightment for the application of electrostatic protection,and it is hoped to guide Chinese electronic enterprises to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of electronic products through perfect electrostatic protection.
