矿用隔爆型组合起动器温升试验方法的研究

对矿用隔爆型组合起动器正常工作时各回路之间发热量的相互影响、热积累规律和标准规定的三相电流施加法与单相串联法电流施法之间的差异等进行了研究,提出了满足标准规定和实施规则的三相电流施加法和串接电流施加法2种测试方案,共7种施加电流方式;利用QJZ-1600/1140(660)-8M矿用隔爆兼本质型多回路真空电磁起动器实物进行了比对试验,最终得出了温升测量试验最佳电流施加方式和加载回路位置.
Study on the Temperature Rise Test Method of Mine Flameproof Combined Starter
The mutual influence of heat generation and heat accumulation law between circuits when the mine explo-sive isolation combination starter is working normally and the difference between three-phase current application method and single-phase series current application method specified in the standard are studied,and two test schemes of three phase current application method and series current application method,which meet the standards and implementation rules,are proposed,including seven current application methods.The QJZ-1600/1140(660)-8M mine explosion-proof and intrinsic type multi-circuit vacuum electromagnetic starter is used to carry out the com-parison test,and the optimum current application method and loading circuit position for the temperature rise mea-surement test are finally obtained.
