The Evaluation of Uncertainty on Determination of Lithium and Sodium Elements in Nitrate by ICP-OES
The uncertainty analysis of the detection results of ICP-OES method for the determination of lithium and sodium in nitrate is carried out according to JJF 1059.1-2012"Evalnation and expression of uncertainty in measure-ment"and CNAS-GL006:2019"Guidance on quantifying uncertainty in chemical analysis".Firstly,a mathematical model is established.Next, through analysis,it is determined that the measurement uncertainty mainly from nine fac-tors,such as sample weighing, solution preparation, standard curve fitting, measurement repeatability and the sta-bility of the standard sample and the instrument, etc. Then, the standard uncertainties of each factor are evaluated, and it is found that the process of standard solution preparation and the curve fitting process of the standard solution are the main factors affecting the uncertainty. Finally, according to the uncertainty evaluation results of each factor, the extended uncertainty of ICP-OES method for the determination of sodium content in nitrate is 9.14%,and the ex-tended uncertainty of lithium content is 2.92%,which provides scientific data support for the personnel who used the results.
