An Efficiency Optimization Method for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Drive System
In the conventional efficiency optimization method for permanent magnet synchronous motor drive systems,the variation of motor power factor is small and the search time is long.Therefore,an engineering efficiency optimiza-tion method is proposed.Under the low-voltage ride-through condition,a nonlinear carrier switching curve is con-structed from various aspects such as operating speed and bus voltage.The modulation coefficient is set according to the highest and lowest values in the curve,and the controller using the space vector pulse width modulation is used to do maximum modulation in the linear region.On this basis,the optimal current angle is adjusted,and the seven-segment waveform generation law is changed to a five-segment waveform through the DPWM method,and finally the optimization of the efficiency of the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system is realized.Through compara-tive test,it is found that compared with the other two efficiency optimization methods of motor drive system,the pro-posed engineering efficiency optimization method is more advantageous.
