基于小水电站的风光水互补系统互补特性研究

针对并网型风光水互补发电系统,在系统负荷给定时,建立具有互补特性的风力发电子系统、光伏发电子系统和水力发电子系统;根据电源特点,提出水-风-光协同控制策略,分析风-光-水能源互补发电特性;通过定义系统的调峰容量比,对系统互补特性进行分析.结果表明,较单一发电子系统,采用并网型风光水互补发电系统,调峰容量大幅下降,全年调峰容量比均低于50%,表明互补系统能够在解决水能、风能和光能发电波动性的同时,减小系统所需调峰容量,实现稳定的电能输出.
Study on Complementation Characteristics of Wind-solar-water Complementation System Based on Small Hydropower Station
For the grid-connected wind-solar-water complementary power generation system,the wind power sub-system,photovoltaic power generation subsystem and hydroelectric power generation subsystem with complementary characteristics are established when the system load is assigned.According to the characteristics of power supply,the wind-solar-water cooperative control strategy is proposed,and the characteristics of wind-solar-water comple-mentary power generation are analyzed.By defining the peak load capacity ratio of the system,the complementary characteristics of the system are analyzed.The results show that compared with a single power generation subsystem,using grid-connected wind-solar-water complementary power generation system,the peak load capacity is greatly reduced,and the peak load capacity ratio is less than 50%throughout the year,which indicates that the complemen-tary system can solve the fluctuation of hydropower,wind and light power generation,reduce the required peak load capacity of the system,and achieve stable power output.
