Research on the Supplier Management Methods of Scientific Research Products
The research and production of developing products is not independently realized by a single contractor,and the participation of sub-suppliers is indispensable.Especially when sub-suppliers are responsible for key materi-als or special production processes,it is not only necessary to manage scientific research units,but also to manage sub-suppliers.Based on the characteristics of information products,iteration speed and maintainability requirements of products,possible risks in the process are identified,the corresponding countermeasures are summarized through practice,and the thoughts and method of sub-supplier management are provided.
