Research on"Internal and External Double Circulation"Talent Quality Evaluation System
In the context of the construction of new engineering disciplines,new opportunities and challenges have been brought to the cultivation of intelligent manufacturing talents.At the same time,new requirements have been put forward for the cultivation of intelligent manufacturing talents in new engineering disciplines in universities.In order to improve the quality of intelligent manufacturing talent cultivation,it is urgent to accelerate the research on the quality evaluation system of talent cultivation.Firstly,the research background of the talent cultivation quality evaluation sys-tem is analyzed,the significance of the research on the talent cultivation quality evaluation system is clarified.Second-ly,the current status and problems of the intelligent manufacturing talent cultivation quality evaluation are analyzed.Fi-nally,the improvement of organizational structure,standard system,construction of the"integration and collabora-tion"education mechanism between schools and enterprises,construction of the"internal and external dual circula-tion"talent cultivation quality evaluation system,and construction of evaluation indicators are explored so as to pro-vide certain reference for the evaluation of talent cultivation quality in other schools.
