机器视觉被广泛地应用于液晶显示屏(LCD)背光模组组装设备上,特别是膜材对位贴合的工艺流程中,在此过程中机器视觉使用的对位算法对LCD背光模组实际贴合精度影响重大.针对背光模组的组装流程和被广泛使用的圆角矩形膜材,设计了一个两个矩形对位贴合的简化数学模型.首先,通过对模型的分析和计算提出了基于单边重合和中心重合的两种视觉对位贴合算法;然后,详细地阐述了两种算法对贴合所需偏移量的计算;最后,通过实验验证,证明了两种贴合算法均有效可行,为应用于LCD背光模组组装设备机器视觉对位提供了可适用于不同生产情况的新算法.
Research on Visual Alignment Algorithm of LCD Backlight Module
The machine vision is widely used in LCD backlight module assembly equipment,especially in the process of film alignment lamination,in which the alignment algorithm used in machine vision has a significant impact on the actual bonding accuracy of LCD backlight module.A simplified mathematical models of two-rectangular alignment bonding is designed for the assembly process of backlight module and the widely used rounded rectangular film.First-ly,two visual alignment lamination algorithms based on unilateral coincidence and center coincidence are proposed through the analysis and calculation of the models.Then,the calculation of the offset required for bonding between the two algorithms is elaborated in detail.Finally,through experimental verification,it is proved that both bonding algo-rithms are effective and feasible,which provides new algorithm for machine vision alignment for LCD backlight module assembly equipment that can be adapted to different production situations.
