在产教融合生产性实训基地设计了一款在小范围空间行驶的智能小车,基于机器人操作系统(ROS)构建了智能小车的雷达避障、雷达跟随、定位导航和循迹自动驾驶的功能达成的基本方法.该智能小车通过自身所搭配的激光雷达实时检测周边环境的数据信息,输送到相关设备和系统中,经过算法建立二维地图,执行相关设定指令,从而实现自行定位导航和循迹自动驾驶等有关功能.本智能小车是产教融合生产性实训基地提供的产教融合具体实践案例,智能小车的设计、实验可为汽车自动驾驶和智能物流车提供模拟参考.
Research on the Design of Intelligent Car Based on ROS
In the productive training base of industry-teaching integration,an intelligent car driving in a small range of space is designed.Based on the ROS,the basic implementation methods of the functions of radar obstacle avoid-ance,radar following,positioning and navigation,and tracking automatic driving of the intelligent car is constructed.The intelligent car can detect the data information of the surrounding environment in real time through its laser radar,and conveys it to the relevant equipments and systems,builds a two-dimensional map through algorithms,and ex-cutes the relevant set commands,so as to realize the functions of self-positioning and navigation,and trajectory au-to-driving,and other relevant functions.The intelligent car is a specific practice case of the integration of production and education provided by the production and education integration training base.The design and experiment of the intelligent car can provide a simulation reference for automobile autonomous driving and intelligent logistics vehicles.
