摘要

针对飞行器自动化开发,设计了一种具有随动功能的油门台控制系统.该系统以STM32F103单片机为主控芯片,采用芯片内部的USART模块收发功能,实现数据的交互.系统通过位置传感器实时反馈油门杆的位置信息,并将反馈的信息传给控制站.同时,接收控制站的随动指令,通过单片机的PWM功能驱动步进电机,实现油门杆的随动控制.最后,编写上位机测试系统,执行测试并存储和处理测试数据,完成油门台控制系统的联调试验,结果表明基于PID控制算法的随动油门台的设计方案是可行的.

Abstract

Aiming at the automatic development of the aircraft,a throttle control system with follow-up function is de-signed.The system uses STM32F103 microcontroller as the main control chip,and realizes the data interaction by us-ing the sending and receiving function of USART module inside the chip.The system feeds back the position informa-tion of the throttle stick in real time through the position sensor,and transmits the feedback information to the control station.At the same time,the throttle receives the follow-up command from the control station,and drives the stepper motor through the PWM function of the microcomputer to realize the follow-up control of the throttle stick.Finally,the upper computer testing system is written to execute tests,store and process test data,and complete the joint de-bugging test of the throttle control system.The results shows that the design scheme of the servo throttle based on PID control algorithm is feasible.
