Analysis of the Bending Fault of Rotating Transformer Shaft of a Radar Antenna Pedestal
The research object is the mechanical scanning Doppler airborne radar, and the flat slot antenna and servo drive system are used to achieve beam scanning of the radar. The antenna pedestal is a key component of the servo drive system. This type of antenna pedestal has been stably produced in multiple batches, and trial production has been carried out after the process change. The first piece has a bending fault of the azimuth rotating transformer shaft during random vibration verification testing. On the basis of analyzing the composition and working principle of antenna pedestal, the cause and mechanism of the fault is given through simulation analysis and experimental verification, and targeted improvement measures are adopted, which effectively ensures the quality stability of antenna pedestal in subsequent batches and has important reference value for similar engineering problems.
