In view of the dual pressure of quality and progress faced by the production site of electronic equipment products at present,from the aspects of the definition of inspection of process discipline at the production site,the construction of standard system,the personnel training,the inspection and assessment,data analysis and the con-struction of quality culture,the specific contents of strengthening the construction of standard system of inspection of process discipline at the production site,the means and methods of strengthening the training of production site pro-cess discipline,the specific requirements of strengthening the inspection and assessment of production site process discipline,the specific contents of strengthening the analysis of process discipline data on production sites and the construction of production site quality culture are expounded,so as to ensure the implementation of process discipline on the production site,improve the process management level on the production site,ensure product quality and production safety,improve production efficiency,reduce production costs,and meet the increasingly heavy needs of electronic equipment product development and production tasks.
