Research on the Establishment of Enterprise Quality Awards
China has now shifted to a stage of high-quality development,and it is necessary to promote effective im-provement in quality and reasonable growth in quantity.The meaning of quality in the new era is not only the quality of products and services,but also includes the quality of management and development.Therefore,quality is an impor-tant guarantee for the sustainable operation and development of enterprises,and is the lifeblood of enterprises.The establishment and selection of quality awards are important means for the state,governments at all levels,and orga-nizations to encourage and guide the continuous improvement of quality levels and create quality brands.The main quality awards at home and abroad are introduced,their similarities and difference are compared,the significance and necessity of establishing enterprise quality awards are analyzed,ideas for setting up awards are proposed,and references for award setting and selection criteria are provided.
