摘要
温差电致冷组件的电阻参数是反映致冷组件材料性能好坏的重要参数,在测试过程中能够快速获取该参数测试数据是十分必要的.提出了一种针对微型温差电致冷组件电阻测试的自动化设备及相应测试方法,通过对电阻测试系统的运动组件、自动上料机构、测试机构和收料机构共4个单元进行设计研究,实现了对致冷组件快速批量的电阻自动测试能力,大大提升了测试效率与测试精度,减少了样品损耗,保证了测量的精度和测试的一致性,实现高效率精准测量.
Abstract
The resistance parameter of thermoelectric cooling component is an important parameter to reflect the ma-terial performance of the cooling component,and it is necessary to obtain the test data of this parameter quickly dur-ing the test process.An automatic equipment and corresponding test method for resistance testing of micro thermo-electric cooling components is proposed.Through the design and research of the four units of the resistance test sys-tem,including the moving components,automatic feeding mechanism,testing mechanism and receiving mecha-nism,the resistance automatic test ability of refrigeration components in rapid batches is realized,which greatly im-proves the test efficiency and test accuracy,reduces the sample loss,ensures the measurement accuracy and test consistency,and realizes high efficiency and accurate measurement.
